New Ettore Software website launched

Good news, everyone! Our new website has launched. It’s received a complete overhaul – a quantum leap forward to version 2.0 (version 1.0 was in need of more than just a spit and polish). We’re well aware there’s still plenty more to be done, of course, so we won’t be resting on our laurels. Do keep stopping by from time to time: we’ll be adding further sections in the coming weeks and months to flesh out the existing customer support content. We will most likely also be doing the odd special promotion, with limited time offer cut-price software bundles and such.

…What, did you think we were going to send you on a suicidal mission to deliver post-it notes to the Galaxy of Flesh-eating Space Squids or something? =D

TypeIt4Me and Snow Leopard

We’re pleased to announce that version 4.2 of TypeIt4Me is compatible with Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard. So if you were worried that upgrading to Apple’s latest OS might bring problems with your favourite text expansion software, worry no more. This version also fixes a few minor glitches, removes a deprecated API and adds Sort by Label functionality. You can download TypeIt4Me 4.2 here.

New website

We’ve been very busy getting a new website together and it’s almost ready. It’s still very much a work in progress, but we hope you’ll agree it’s an improvement on the previous incarnation. We’re working hard to bring you screencasts, tutorials and a whole lot of new goodies. Please bear with us, we’re a very small team. So small, in fact, that if we climbed into a petri dish you’d probably still need some sort of scanning electron microscope to see us.
