It’s no longer possible to buy a TypeIt4Me licence for version 6. That obsolete version has been superseded by TypeIt4Me 7.

In April 2025 we discontinued version 6.x.x of TypeIt4Me. It’s no longer in development, having been replaced by an all new, completely rebuilt TypeIt4Me: version 7.x.x.

Should you decide to take the plunge and move up to TypeIt4Me 7 from an older version these tips for a smooth transition will help you prepare.

TypeIt4Me 7 is available only on the Mac App Store

TypeIt4Me 7 is a sandboxed app completely rebuilt in Swift with a whole new interface. It will run on macOS 12.4 Monterey and newer systems and is optimised for macOS Tahoe 26.x.x.
