By using the websites owned by Ettore Software Limited, you agree to the Terms of Use below and our Privacy Policy. We aim to keep our terms clear and simple. Please read them carefully.
Liability Limitations
This software is provided by Ettore Software Limited on an “as is” basis. In no event shall the copyright holder be liable for any direct or indirect damages, including but not limited to any loss of data or computer failure, arising out of the use or inability to use the software.
To put it in plain English: we do our best to make TypeIt4Me, TypeIt4Me Touch, SpeakMyTunes, sonorOS, Juice! and our other software products great applications to use, but cannot guarantee that they will always be entirely without unexpected quirks, as is the case with most software.
Using Our Software
The demo version of TypeIt4Me 6 is distributed for free and can be used in a personal, educational or business environment. Once the free 30-day trial has expired you must either purchase a licence and register the software or stop using it and remove TypeIt4Me 6 from your computer.
The Mac App Store version of TypeIt4Me (2021.x.x) is sold by Apple, Inc for a flat, one-time fee of USD $19.99 and can be used in a personal, educational or business environment.
sonorOS is sold by Apple, Inc for a flat, one-time fee of USD $7.99 and can be used in a personal, educational or business environment.
Juice! is sold by Apple, Inc for a flat, one-time fee of USD $2.99 and can be used in a personal, educational or business environment.
The core version of SpeakMyTunes is distributed for free and can be used in a personal, educational or business environment.
You may not redistribute or modify the software without permission from Ettore Software Limited. The copyright holder retains all rights over the software, and no third-party or agency is entitled to sell, modify or repackage the software without prior consent and written permission from the copyright holder.
Your TypeIt4Me 6 License Purchase
The licence you purchase for the software need not be purchased under the end user’s own email address. However, upon checkout, once you have specified a named individual or entity in whose name the licence has been purchased the associated licence code will be tied to that user name and is non-transferrable.
A single user licence entitles a single named individual to register and operate the software on all the computers s/he owns and / or uses, provided nobody else will also be using the software on any of those machines.
A multi-user licence entitles a specified maximum number of individuals to install and use the software simultaneously on an unlimited number of computers associated with the group or business entity in whose name the licence was purchased. It is the licence holder’s responsibility to ensure that the number of individuals using the software simultaneously at any one time does not exceed the agreed maximum as specified by the licence type purchased.
Ettore Software Limited reserves the right to terminate licences which are abused; we ask you to respect the terms of the licence type you choose by not sharing the key that was issued for you, and to use the contact form on our support page to get in touch with any licence-related issues you encounter.
Purchasing a licence entitles you to a license code which registers the software to your chosen user name and stops the “nagging” messages that will otherwise request payment at regular intervals once the free 30-day trial has expired. While we provide user support via various channels, we reserve the right to limit support for users who make unreasonable requests or require support beyond the scope of our software’s features and basic operation, such as user-specific macOS issues or third party software compatibility issues.
As the TypeIt4Me 6 demo is freely available to use with a generous 30-day time limit, we cannot offer a refund for licence purchases on the basis of non-compatibility with either your Mac or yourself. TypeIt4Me offers support for macOS 10.11 and up. We strongly recommend checking for compatibility by installing the free version ahead of purchase.
Your Mac App Store TypeIt4Me Purchase
If you purchase TypeIt4Me from the Mac App Store the vendor is Apple, Inc. Your purchase entitles you to install and operate the software on all the computers associated with the Apple ID used to place the order. While we provide user support via various channels, we reserve the right to limit support for users who make unreasonable requests or require support beyond the scope of our software’s features and basic operation, such as user-specific macOS issues or third party software compatibility issues. Please do not contact us to request refunds for TypeIt4Me purchases from the Mac App Store as we do not have the means to issue refunds there. Your transaction is with Apple, Inc and you will need to raise the issue with Apple’s support team.
Your App Store TypeIt4Me Touch Purchase
If you purchase TypeIt4Me Touch for iOS / iPadOS from the App Store the vendor is Apple, Inc. Your purchase entitles you to install and operate the software on all the iOS / iPadOS devices associated with the Apple ID used to place the order. While we provide user support via various channels, we reserve the right to limit support for users who make unreasonable requests or require support beyond the scope of our software’s features and basic operation, such as user-specific iOS issues or third party software compatibility issues. Please do not contact us to request refunds for TypeIt4Me Touch purchases from the App Store as we do not have the means to issue refunds there. Your transaction is with Apple, Inc and you will need to raise the issue with Apple’s support team.
Your App Store Clambers In-App Purchases
If you download Clambers for iOS / iPadOS from the App Store and pay for in-app purchases the vendor is Apple, Inc. You are entitled to redeem your in-app purchase(s) on all the iOS / iPadOS devices associated with the Apple ID used to place the order. While we provide user support via various channels, we reserve the right to limit support for users who make unreasonable requests or require support beyond the scope of our software’s features and basic operation, such as user-specific Game Center or iOS / iPadOS issues. Please do not contact us to request refunds for Clambers in-app purchases from the App Store as we do not have the means to issue refunds there. Your App Store W*RDS In-App Purchases
If you download W*RDS for iOS / iPadOS from the App Store and pay for in-app purchases the vendor is Apple, Inc. While we provide user support via various channels, we reserve the right to limit support for users who make unreasonable requests or require support beyond the scope of our software’s features and basic operation, such as user-specific Game Center or iOS / iPadOS issues.
