FAQ: I’d like to be able to type, for example, “47yo” and have that expand to “47-year-old”. How do I achieve that?
Define the abbreviation as #yo (the # symbol is interpreted by TypeIt4Me as any numeral). Now whenever you type any number immediately followed by “yo” with no spaces, this will expand to “[number]-year-old” without leaving a space after the typed numeral.
