TypeIt4Me and macOS 13 Ventura

Does the latest TypeIt4Me work with macOS 13 Ventura?

Yes, we’ve made the latest versions of TypeIt4Me Ventura compatible. TypeIt4Me 6.3.x and TypeIt4Me 2021.x (i.e. the Mac App Store version) will work well with macOS 13 (Ventura), macOS 12 (Monterey), macOS 11 (Big Sur), macOS 10.15 (Catalina), macOS 10.14 (Mojave), macOS 10.13 (High Sierra) and 10.12 (Sierra). They’ll also run on macOS 10.11 (El Capitan), macOS 10.10 (Yosemite) and macOS 10.9 (Mavericks), although they are not officially supported. You’re welcome to use TypeIt4Me on those older systems but if you do you may find that some of the more recently added features and enhancements don’t work as expected.

If you’ve just upgraded your machine to a newer OS and your TypeIt4Me version is officially supported but it has stopped expanding your abbreviations, please consult this FAQ answer for instructions on how to get it running smoothly again. Should you still need help, contact us via our support page and we’ll do our best to troubleshoot with you and resolve the issue.

If you’re running older system software then you’ll need to download an older version of TypeIt4Me. Running macOS 10.11, 10.10 or 10.9? Download TypeIt4Me 6.2.2. For macOS 10.8 and 10.7, download TypeIt4Me 5.4. macOS 10.6 and 10.5 users should download TypeIt4Me 5.2.1. Those running 10.4 or even older versions will need to download TypeIt4Me 4.2.1 instead.
